Partners Profile

Varsha Pancholi

Varsha has been in the Accounting profession for 25 years, establishing Pancholi & Associates, Inc. in 1990. She received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Mumbai, India and Master of Science in Taxation (MST) degree from Northern Illinois University.  Varsha serves as the Treasurer of N.C.O. Youth and Family Services, a not-for-profit organization serving the youth and families in the local area. She is a past president of the India Development Service, past Treasurer of the parent associations of Naperville North High School and Illinois Math and Science Academy. Varsha also serves on the Regulation and Legislative Committee of the Illinois CPA Society(ICPAS) and is the past president of the Fox Valley chapter of the ICPAS.


Kaushik Pancholi

Kaushik has been in the Accounting and Finance profession for 30 years. Kaushik's professional career has included experience with small to large companies with revenues from $ 1 million to 45 million. As controller and head of finance Kaushik has worked for various financial institutions with wide varities of experience in Finacial Statement Review, Mergers and Acquisition, Budgeting and Cost Control, SBA Loan, Business Valuation and Profitability etc. Kaushik is the current Treasurer of Edgewater Chamber of Commerce and India Development Service. He is also the member of ICPAS.
